This powerful tool is part of Ryobi’s 18V ONE+ line, which means it is compatible with the same 18V lithium-ion batteries (sold separately) that power over 100 Ryobi tools. The P591 offers several features that make it the ideal choice in cordless cutting, starting with a rotating head with adjustable blades. The blades are also replaceable, so it’s easy to continue working after the first set goes dull. This power shear features Ryobi’s GripZone overmold on the handle for a comfortable, secure grip. A variable speed trigger supplies users with maximum control over the tool, and an included belt clip makes it easy to keep this 3.5-lb tool close at hand between cutting tasks. This power shear is up to the task when it comes to cutting through sheet metal, vinyl siding, corrugated steel, chicken wire, and more. On a P108 4.0Ah battery (sold separately), users can expect to cut through 1,000 ft of sheet metal. Other compatible battery models include P197, P107, P105, P104, P102 (sold separately).
