This Pyrex cover is dishwasher safe when placed on the top rack. It’s also microwave, freezer, and refrigerator safe. Made with BPA-free plastic, the Pyrex 222-PC red plastic lid is exactly what you need to use your Pyrex cookware the way it was intended to be used. Note: PLEASE CHECK THE BOTTOM OF YOUR 8X8" PAN FOR THE NUMBER "222" TO ENSURE PROPER FIT. This lid is NOT compatible with Easy Grab dishes that say "C-222" on bottom! This lid does not fit the older model 222 dish that has handles the length of the dish!
