The Makita DC18RA 18V Lithium Ion rapid battery charger is designed to deliver faster charge time to the user so that they can increase their productivity with the reduced downtime. Makita’s unique charging technology controls current, voltage and temperature for maximizing battery life. The CPU of the charger collects data from the battery’s memory chip for determining the optimum charging method. The charger also features a forced air cooling fan for cooling the battery by forcing air through its air vents. You can easily charge any 18V Makita battery models, such as, BL1815, BL1815N, BL1820, BL1820B, BL1830, BL1830B, BL1840, BL1840B, BL1850, BL1850B, BL1860, BL1860B (sold separately).
